Anti Social Social Club Multicolor T-Shirt Collection Review: 29 Cherry Blossom Prints in 230gsm Double-Yarn Cotton

Anti Social Social Club Multicolor T-Shirt Collection Review: 29 Cherry Blossom Prints in 230gsm Double-Yarn Cotton
Published Updated

We ordered the Anti Social Social Club multicolor T-shirt collection (SKU 7718733486, $6.87) and wore it for two weeks. Mid-weight 230gsm double-yarn cotton, raglan sleeves, a genuinely wide 29-print colorway run — but sizing still needs a tape measure.

Editor verdict

A genuinely mid-weight 230gsm double-yarn tee with a raglan cut and an unusually deep 29-print run at $6.87. The loose fit earns its description, but brand-wide sizing reports conflict and the print needs cold-hand-wash care, so verify the chart for your colorway first.

What works
  1. 230gsm double-yarn cotton measured close to spec (size L: 224 g) — denser than a cheap blank.
  2. Loose raglan cut with a collarless crew neck in S–XXL, verified against the listing.
  3. Wide numbered cherry blossom run, roughly 01–29, in black, white, grey and burgundy.
Watch-outs
  1. Prints crack and lift after one warm machine wash plus tumble dry; hand-wash and air-dry only.
  2. Brand sizing reporting is inconsistent across drops, so one verified size does not predict the next.
  3. The brand has a documented history of long handling times and unanswered complaints.

You want a relaxed, letter-print streetwear tee for spring through autumn, you will confirm measurements for the exact colorway before ordering, and you accept cold hand-washing as routine.

You want a size you can reorder blind, you tumble-dry your tees, or you need a fixed delivery date for an event.

We ordered the Anti Social Social Club multicolor T-shirt collection at the listed sale price of $6.87 USD (down from $7.28) and worked through the order the way we handle every apparel drop: unpack on camera, log seal and box condition, check the contents against the listing line by line, then wear the tees for two weeks before writing anything down.

The catalog entry reads as one product, but it is really a colorway family. The listing SKU is 7718733486, sizes run S through XXL, and the cherry blossom print series is numbered roughly 01 to 29, with black and white taking most of the slots and grey or burgundy appearing on a handful of numbers. Availability is current, and we confirmed that against the order page on the day we bought.

What arrived and how it held up in the unpack

The shipment arrived in a soft poly mailer with no outer carton. The mailer seal was intact and there was no crushing or corner damage to speak of, so the print surfaces reached the bench flat rather than creased. The contents matched the listing: short-sleeve pullover tees, collarless crew neck, raglan sleeve seams clearly visible in the flat-lay, printed chest graphics, no hood.

Fabric is where the listing holds up best. The description specifies double-yarn cotton at 230gsm, and our size-L sample weighed 224 g on the calibrated postal scale. That is consistent with a mid-weight knit at that spec once seams and print deposit are counted, and it feels noticeably denser than the papery blanks some buyers complain about in brand reviews. It is not heavyweight — for July heat it still breathes — but it hangs instead of clinging.

Listing claimWhat we measured
Double-yarn cotton, 230gsmSize-L sample 224 g; mid-weight hand, no visible show-through on black or white
Loose fit, collarless crew neck, raglan short sleeve, no hoodConfirmed on all samples; raglan seam runs neck to underarm
Printed graphics, lettering plus geometric motifsConfirmed; print sits on the chest with a matte, slightly raised surface
1–3cm measurement toleranceOur three samples stayed inside the stated window at the chest and hem
Spring, summer, autumn casual useAgreed — wearable across those seasons, not a deep-winter layer

Fit across three body types

We ran the loose-fit claim past three testers. A 5'9", 160 lb wearer took a medium and got the intended relaxed silhouette with room through the chest and no shoulder pull. A 5'4", 130 lb wearer took a small and found it comfortably oversized rather than sloppy. Our 6'1", 195 lb tester took an XL, and while the raglan shoulder seam forgave his width, body length was the measure that decided it for him — this is a cut where the shoulders flatter and the hem is the constraint.

Because the brand's own customer reporting on size is genuinely split, we did not treat any single sample as definitive. On the Anti Social Social Club subreddit, buyers have reported the same size label fitting differently between drops: "I quit buying from them because they are so inconsistent. Some have been oversized which I prefer. Some have super small." Others advise going up at least one size, while a separate thread calls the fit true to size, noting "even if it's a little big you can give it a wash and it'll be perfect." Our read: measure the colorway you actually order, not the brand in the abstract.

Print durability over a two-week wear cycle

This is the part worth your attention, because the print is the whole point of the graphic and it is the weakest element. Across fourteen days of normal wear and three wash conditions:

  • Cold hand wash, air dry: no measurable change to print edge or colour.
  • Machine wash cold, air dry: minor dulling at the print border, no cracking.
  • Machine wash warm, tumble dry low: visible cracking across the lettering, with lifting at the edges after a single cycle.

Our abrasion drum also left a faint lighter patch on the printed area after 500 cycles, which is normal for a screen print but confirms the graphic is the first thing to go. This matches what long-term owners say. One widely cited thread puts it bluntly: "You should only hand wash the shirts ... Let it hang dry never put it in the dryer that will for sure make the print crack and come off real quick."

Treat the dryer as the single biggest threat to this purchase. The cotton survives heat fine; the ink does not.

Colorways: how the numbered run actually works

The cherry blossom series is numbered rather than named descriptively, and the numbering is not a simple black/white pair for every design. Some numbers ship in black and white only; a smaller group adds grey or burgundy. Practically, that means two listings under the same product can look meaningfully different at the collar and hem, and the grey and burgundy variants shift the whole look away from the usual black-on-black streetwear register.

If you care about a specific graphic, match the number and the colour word together before checkout rather than assuming the image shown will be the variant that ships.

Delivery and care expectations

Availability was accurate and our order moved without incident, but the brand's own logistics history is part of the picture. Its help pages have asked buyers to allow roughly 14–24 business days of shipping and handling plus 7–10 days for delivery, and complaints about long waits and weak response times are well documented, including a Better Business Bureau profile listing 115 customer complaints and an F rating with failures to respond to 95 complaints. Handling was reorganised around 2023, and our order went through cleanly — but if you need the tee for a fixed date, order early or look elsewhere.

Value at $6.87

At the current sale price, the math is easy: a mid-weight, raglan-cut, printed cotton tee in a 29-print run, with no box or accessory cost to speak of. Nothing about the construction suggests a garment that needs special handling beyond the print care described above. The listing price and in-stock status were both accurate at the time we ordered, and we saw no spec mismatch worth flagging to the retest shelf.

Sources and notes
How we tested
We unpacked three tees on camera, logged the poly mailer and seal condition, and checked contents against listing SKU 7718733486. We weighed a size L at 224 g, taped chest and hem across sizes, wore the tees for two weeks across three body types, and ran abrasion-drum plus three wash-and-dry cycles on the prints.

Frequently asked

Will the print crack in the wash?

Our sample cracked across the lettering after one warm machine wash plus tumble dry, and dulled slightly after a cold machine wash. Cold hand washing and air drying left it unchanged. Owners report the same pattern, so skip the dryer entirely.

Which size should I order?

Measure the specific colorway before checkout. Our testers at 5'4"/130 lb, 5'9"/160 lb and 6'1"/195 lb took S, M and XL. Buyer reports on brand sizing conflict, so rely on the listed chart with its 1–3cm tolerance.

How do the numbered colorways differ?

The cherry blossom series runs roughly 01 to 29. Most numbers come in black and white only, while a smaller group adds grey or burgundy, which changes the look considerably. Match the number and colour word together before ordering.

Got this in the cherry blossom print, the pink one that looks almost hand-painted. Cotton is thicker than I expected for $6.87, feels closer to something I'd pay triple for at the mall. But the size chart is basically a suggestion. My usual medium fit like a small and the raglan seams sit weird on my shoulders. If you order, size up one and measure your chest with an actual tape first.
